The availability of these methods may differ based on your location and device, but all of them meet high security and reliability standards.
Delivery Times
Once an order is placed, we do our best to ship it as quickly as possible. Most packages within the Netherlands arrive within one to three business days, while shipments to Belgium and Germany generally take around two to four business days. Deliveries to other EU countries may take three to seven business days, depending on the destination and the workload of our shipping partners. During busy seasons, such as holidays or sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information if available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the delivery address, size, and weight of your order. Orders sent within the Netherlands typically cost between €4.95 and €6.95, while shipments to Belgium or Germany usually fall between €6.95 and €9.95. Deliveries to other EU countries generally range from €9.95 to €14.95. When promotional free shipping is offered, it will be clearly displayed on the website and automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery Zones
At this time, we ship to most countries within the European Union. We are not able to offer delivery outside the EU, nor do we ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarding companies. If your country cannot be selected during checkout, it unfortunately means that we are not able to serve your location at this moment.
Additional Information
Most shipments come with a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery. Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or returned packages. If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may be charged to resend it.
