Ordering

You can place an order by adding your desired products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at @i252smelt. Once an order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes:

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2-4 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3-7 business days

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside the EU.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (if available). You can use this link to follow your package.

Payments

We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, Apple Pay, and other region-supported payment options. All payments are processed securely via Mollie.

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed securely by Mollie. We never store your full payment details.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at @i252smelt to start a return.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Products & Warranty

If your product arrives damaged or stops functioning properly within a reasonable period, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will review your case and offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Yes. All items come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply allows faster checkout and easier access to your order history.
