Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without providing any reason. This 14-day reflection period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins once the final item has been delivered.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You can do this by sending an email to [Insert Email Address] stating your order number, your name, and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may, but are not required to, use the official EU Model Withdrawal Form, which is provided at the bottom of this page.
After notifying us, you must return the items to us within 14 days. You are responsible for ensuring the products reach us in good condition, so we recommend using suitable packaging and a trackable shipping method.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts may be refused, or a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the returned product.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We do not reimburse return shipping fees. If the return is due to a mistake on our side, we will cover the return costs or provide an alternative solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during checkout. We aim to complete refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned items.
If you have withdrawn from your purchase before the items were shipped, the full order amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
Shipping fees paid during checkout are refunded only when the entire order is returned.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products, including but not limited to:
- Goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once sealed packaging has been opened
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital goods that are immediately available after purchase
If a product falls under one of these exceptions, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
